How long does it take to hear back after submitting a request?

Please allow 2–5 business days for our team to review your request and get back to you.

Depending on the nature and complexity of the project, we may schedule an introductory conversation to better understand your needs.

Can I speak with someone before defining the project scope?

Yes.

We understand that clients may be exploring an opportunity or still defining the problem. An initial conversation can help determine whether Synovard is a good fit and what type of support may be appropriate.

How are consulting fees determined?

Fees depend on factors such as project scope, complexity, required expertise, level of effort, timeline, and team composition.

Once we understand your project, we can discuss an appropriate engagement structure and provide a proposal.

Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

How does Synovard handle confidential information?

We take confidentiality seriously.

Clients should not include highly sensitive, proprietary, or confidential information in the initial Service Request Form.

Once we begin discussing a potential engagement, appropriate confidentiality protections, including an NDA when appropriate, can be established before sensitive project information is shared.

Can I share proprietary information with Synovard?

Yes, when appropriate confidentiality protections are in place.

We can establish the necessary confidentiality agreements before receiving detailed proprietary, technical, scientific, or business information.

Who owns the intellectual property created during a project?

Intellectual property ownership and rights are addressed in the applicable project agreement and Statement of Work (SOW).

The specific terms can be defined based on the nature of the engagement, the work being performed, and the parties' requirements.

Can clients request a specific type of expertise?

Yes.
